Directions For Use
Take 2 capsules with 500 ml of water twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Stay properly hydrated all through the day.
Contains Caffeine (40 mg per serving). Not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women. This product is intended to be used by healthy adults and should not be used by anyone with known medical conditions.
