Pow3rd is our unique all in one pre-workout. With a blend of creatine, amino acids & caffeine - it gives you everything you need to power through your workout. The creatine works to help generate energy alongside the 200mg dose of caffeine. The amino acids are then at hand to help with recovery and prevention of muscle breakdown during your workout.

Pow3rd! is best taken as a pre-workout supplement by mixing a 7g serving with 250ml of water. It’s advised that it’s taken between 30-60 minutes before your workout to get the best energy and focus during your training.
