    Directions For Use

    Mix one serving (55 g) with 350 ml water daily, preferably after a workout or between meals on an empty stomach. Shake vigorously then leave it for half an hour until it thickens.

    Contains 20 mg Caffeine per serving! Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such. Keep out of reach of children! Don’t exceed the recommended daily dosage! Drink 1-2 glasses of water after finishing your serving to ensure that Glucomannan reaches the stomach!
