Athletic Line R3load Description

R3load, a post-workout protein-carbohydrate complex, is part of our new Athletic Line, combining advanced proteins, amino acids and a carbohydrate matrix with additional ingredients to provide the ultimate post-workout supplement.

After an intense workout session, your carbohydrate and protein levels will be depleted, and you also require replenishment of your electrolyte levels as well as water; what your body needs is an efficient recovery system. The R3load post-workout formula has been specifically engineered to provide a complete recovery with no need for additional supplements, particularly crucial if you have additional sessions planned later in the day.

R3load is made up of advanced proteins, in a whey protein containing formula, which supports the maintenance and growth of muscle mass; an advanced carbohydrate matrix with different release-times, meaning that you’ll get an immediate hit of energy sustained with a slower release; and extra amino acid support from L-Glutamine. In addition to these, R3load also provides extra immune support from high levels of Vitamin C, as well as multiple electrolytes including potassium, chloride, sodium, calcium and magnesium, contributing towards the maintenance of normal bones, muscles function and blood pressure among others.

When taken as part of a balanced diet, R3load provides all the necessary ingredients for an efficient and healthy recovery from intense exercise regimes.

How To Use Athletic Line R3load
