100% Whey Protein is the perfect blend of proteins and amino acids which the body requires for tissue growth and muscle maintenance. Whey protein, in particular, helps in the growth of muscle mass as well as contributing to the maintenance of normal bones.
Our enhanced 100% Whey Protein also contains 9 amino acids that help to sustain performance levels and improve fitness gains while stimulating quicker muscle recovery and enhance muscle growth.
Choose the unflavoured version to add your own unique flavours or choose one of our great flavoured options which are perfect for adding to breakfast oats or puddings.
Mix 1 serving (30g) with 250-300ml of water or any other liquid and shake well to mix thoroughly. 100% Whey Protein is fast absorbing, so we recommend that it is taken 30-60 mins after your workout, but it can be taken any time to boost your protein intake.
Available in 7 great flavours including chocolate, chocolate mint, peanut butter, rocky road, strawberry, vanilla and white chocolate.
