Kre-Alkalyn® is a patented Creatine. It is a “pH-correct™“, buffered form. Kre-Alkalyn® is a Creatine product with a pH above 12, because it’s synthesized using a patented manufacturing process to change its pH. It is intended to make it more stable. Approximately 95% of the Creatine in the body is located in skeletal muscle cells. These cells can store more Creatine than what you normally get from your daily diet and is synthesized by the body. By supplementing your diet with ALKALY-X, your muscles will retain more Creatine. Creatine in a minimum of 3 g daily dose is scientifically proven to increase performance in successive burst of short-term, high intensity exercise like weight training and interval cardio*.
ALKALY-X has several more popular sport supplement ingredients, including the amino acids Arginine and Taurine, as well as Beta-Alanine in a significant dose. Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that’s used by muscle cells to synthesize Carnosine, a dipeptide consisting of Beta-Alanine plus L-Histidine. Carnosine is found in high concentrations in skeletal muscle, and it’s preferentially located in the strongest Type II fast-twitch muscle fibers. Directions For Use
Mix 1 serving with 500 ml water daily and take it primarily before or right after training.
