Our EURO VITA-MINS formula contains the 23 most important vitamins and minerals in significant doses. Among the essential vitamins, Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune and nervous systems, and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal red blood cells. From the important minerals, Zinc contributes to normal fertility, reproduction and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels, and also to normal macronutrient metabolism. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, together with the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance that participates in generating cell energy. Organs with the highest energy requirements − such as the heart, liver and kidney − have the highest Coenzyme Q10 concentrations.

Directions For Use
Take 4 tablets daily with meals. Either take all 4 tablets separately, or take 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.
