Directions For Use
Mix a serving (10 g) with 400 ml water daily and drink 30-60 minutes before your training.
Don’t use if you have any kind of medical condition, take any medications, or before medical procedures. Also avoid if pregnant, nursing or under the age of 21. Contains 300 mg Caffeine per serving! Consult your physician before use! Beta-Alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals.
