Directions For Use
In case of jet lag the beneficial effect is obtained with 1 serving (0.95 mg) melatonin to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination. In case of sleep disorders the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 serving (0.95 mg) melatonin close to bedtime.
Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such. Keep out of reach of children. DON’T EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE!
